Meet the Distillers (MTD) is Tales of the Cocktail Foundation’s signature trade show—and one of the most anticipated events of the week. Held annually as part of Tales of the Cocktail®, Meet the Distillers is a celebration of the people, products, and passion that fuel the global spirits industry.
This immersive, large-scale tasting event invites attendees to go beyond the bottle by connecting directly with distillers, blenders, founders, and makers from both established legacy houses and innovative emerging brands. Whether you’re a seasoned bar professional, a spirits industry leader, or an enthusiastic consumer, Meet the Distillers offers a rare chance to hear personal stories of craftsmanship, technique, and tradition straight from the source.

2025 Event Details
Meet the Distillers returns for Tales of the Cocktail 2025 on Thursday, July 24, inside The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans.
Access to Meet the Distillers is included with any TOTC2025 ticket that provides Tasting Room access.
Sessions:
- Morning Session: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Afternoon Session: 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Each session is a curated exploration of innovation and tradition, featuring product tastings, origin stories, production techniques, and direct engagement between brand representatives and attendees.
