Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Course

Are you interested in learning more about the legal aspects of the drinks industry? Enroll in Tales of the Cocktail Foundation’s first-ever Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Course. This course will be offered in partnership with the Museum of the American Cocktail at the Southern Food & Beverage Museum and Loyola School of Law Workplace Justice Project. Seven CLE credits will be certified by Loyola University School of Law. Course topics will include copyright, trademark, and patent law; policy wage and hours laws; wage equity; distribution law; ethics; no/low alcohol laws; along with international law about French wine.
