Tales of the Cocktail Scholarship

Tales of the Cocktail Foundation is pleased to announce individual scholarship opportunities through the 2027 Tales Scholar program. Applications for this year’s opportunity will open on February 5, 2027 and close on February 20, 2027.

Scholarship recipients will be awarded a bespoke trip to Tales of the Cocktail in 2027. The experience includes career mentorship and custom itineraries of seminars, events, workshops, and meetings to bolster education and skill-building. Topic tracks include Business of Bars, Culture, Futures Lab, and Beyond the Bar.

Scholarship Includes:

VIP Seminar & Tasting Week Pass to Tales of the Cocktail 2027 in New Orleans, LA.
Complimentary hotel room at a TOTC host hotel
Travel stipend
Participation in a curated Mentorship Lounge
Key networking opportunities with industry leaders

Eligibility Requirements:

Applicants are required to be 21+ years of age by the start of Tales of the Cocktail. Tales of the Cocktail will take place July 25-30, 2027.
U.S.-based and international applicants are welcome to apply, and there is no restriction on location. Visa Invitation Letters will be provided for international recipients; visas are not guaranteed by Tales of the Cocktail.
Application is open to those currently working in the service industry, including Bartenders, FOH, BOH, Managers, Production, and Nonprofits that support the F&B industry.

You can submit your proposal through our open portal from February 5, 2027, until 11:59 PM CST on February 20, 2027.
