Are you interested in learning more about the legal aspects of the drinks industry? Enroll in Tales of the Cocktail Foundation’s first-ever Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Course taking place on Saturday, July 20, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans. This course will be offered in partnership with the Museum of the American Cocktail at the Southern Food & Beverage Museum and Loyola School of Law Workplace Justice Project. Seven CLE credits will be certified by Loyola University School of Law.

Please note that this CLE course is specifically geared towards legal professionals, but it is open to anyone who wants to learn about policy, regulation, and legal requirements that may impact business operations within the drinks industry in the U.S. Course topics will include copyright, trademark, and patent law; policy wage and hours laws; wage equity; distribution law; ethics; along with recent legal developments and Supreme Court decisions.

This course offering adjoins the annual Tales of the Cocktail conference in New Orleans (July 21-26); we hope CLE attendees will also take advantage of the opportunity to network with the global drinks community that convenes each year.
