The best spirits brands from around the world will once again host exclusive events in venues around New Orleans for TOTC attendees to be inspired by the creativity of some of the world’s top beverage products.
A staple of the annual conference, By Invitation Events are a coveted Tales of the Cocktail tradition. These events allow brands to creatively host events outside of The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans.
By Invitation Events often have an RSVP form that is shared on the TOTC2024 agenda as well as the brand’s social media. Get your RSVPs in early, as space is limited at many parties.
Day & Night By Invitation Events
Day & Night Events are coveted invitation-only parties where brands dazzle attendees with creative displays of craft and cocktails. If there could be a headlining act of Tales of the Cocktail, these epic events would likely be considered a show-stopping event!
Tales of the Cocktail attendees are invited to attend these events. To get in to most Invitation events, you’ll need to buy your Tales of the Cocktail ticket and then RSVP through the provided link in the Conference Agenda. Get your RSVPs in early, as space is limited at many parties. Brands also host exclusive events that are invitation only that only allow a lucky few in.
Spirited Drinking + Dining
Explore the unique and rich culinary scene that New Orleans has to offer. Spirited Dining + Drinking experiences range from Spirited Dinners and Guest Shifts to Happy Hours early in the evening and late night Last Call Happy Hours.
Some Spirited Dining events may require a separate ticket available for purchase in the description of the event in the Conference Agenda.
Spirited Dinners
Tales of the Cocktail is more than a celebration of the drinks industry, it is also about experiencing New Orleans and the world-famous cocktails and cuisine of the city we call home. Spirited Dinners showcase brands in an unforgettable food and drink experience.

Happy Hours
Why limit happiness to an hour? TOTC2024 Happy Hours are hosted from 4pm to 6pm or 4:30pm to 6:30pm each day of Tales. These brand events are invitations to New Orleans bars by brands to showcase their spirits in happy hour menus.
Guest Shifts
Guest Shifts give attendees an opportunity to see leading bar talent paired with some of the best New Orleans bars. Guest Shifts are a true collaboration between the New Orleans host and the visiting talent. These unique experiences are a fan favorite of many TOTC attendees.
Last Call Happy Hours
This event will familiarize you to a saying in New Orleans, “Le Bon Temps Roule – Let the Good Times Roll!” Some might think of it as a reverse happy hour – these events are hosted daily from 12 a.m. to 2 a.m.. Last Call is the experience meant for night owls.
