Tales on Tour Makes Final 2026 Stop in Miami

Tales Of The Cocktail Foundation Brings Two Days of Programming to Miami in October 

NEW ORLEANS, LA (September 28, 2026)  – Tales of the Cocktail Foundation (TOTCF) will bring its Tales on Tour series to Miami on October 26 and 27, offering two days of programming created for bartenders and hospitality professionals. Tales On Tour: Miami marks the final stop in this year’s Tales on Tour, following earlier stops in Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, and Washington, D.C., continuing the Foundation’s nationwide initiative to connect, educate, and support hospitality communities across the United States.

Across the two-day gathering, Tales on Tour: Miami will offer a curated lineup of programming inspired by the broader Tales of the Cocktail experience, including educational seminars, wellness-focused programming through the Beyond the Bar initiative, guest shifts, spirited dining experiences, and brand-hosted events and parties that bring signature Tales energy on the road. Attendees will also have access to the Tales Lounge, a welcome addition to Tales on Tour, offering space to connect, sample products, and engage directly with brands throughout the event.

Other Tales on Tour: Miami Programming will include:

  • Magic & Memories: Industry Connections to the Disney Experience – Walt Disney World Resort, will host “Magic & Memories: Industry Connections to the Disney Experience,” a fireside chat exploring the ties between respected voices in the bar industry and the Disney brand. After the seminar, guests will enjoy a mingling session featuring passed cocktails created by the panelists, each inspired by their own connection to Disney. 
  • Twists on Treats Pop-Up Bar Presented by Walt Disney World Resort – Throughout the multi-day festivities, Walt Disney World Resort will also host “Twists on Treats,” a bar pop-up that reimagines iconic Disney park foods as innovative, crave-worthy beverages, paired with a rotating selection of snacks.
  • The World Class Playbook: Innovation, Craft, & Community Presented by Diageo – What separates good bartenders from industry leaders? This session will deep dive on what makes a cocktail World Class, approaches to creativity, technique, career development, and industry leadership. Attendees will leave with practical insights to raise the bar in their own hospitality organizations and inspiration to apply to the 2027 World Class U.S. competition.
  • The Sgroppino Explained: A Hendrick’s Masterclass Presented by Hendrick’s – Join Hendrick’s Gin and award-winning ice cream company Aubi & Ramsa for a deep dive into the history and unique execution techniques of the storied cocktail. Explore the art of frozen, liquor-infused sips and indulgences while uncovering tips for creating one of the easiest frozen drinks you can make!
  • Luxury Summit: Miami Edition – This signature event from Tales comes to Miami for an in-depth look at what is happening in the luxury hospitality space. Hosted at Four Seasons Brickell and led by Luxury Hospitality expert Anna Sebastian.
  • Career Conversations Presented by Maison Perrier – An inspiring series of candid conversations with the people shaping the future of hospitality—bringing together thought leaders, influential operators and legendary mixologists to share the experiences, choices and lessons that defined their careers. From navigating pivotal career moments to building a legacy, each conversation offers the next generation of hospitality professionals an authentic view of what it takes to grow, lead and make an impact in the industry.
  • Shochu Cocktail 101: From Flavor to the Glass, A Deep Dive with Don Lee Presented by  Japan Sake & Shochu Maker Association – Join acclaimed spirits educator Don Lee, known as the “Da Vinci of Shochu,” for a practical deep dive into how shochu develops its distinctive flavors—and, most importantly, how to put that knowledge to work behind the bar. Through guided tasting and cocktail applications, Don will explore how different styles of shochu express aroma, texture, umami, sweetness, earthiness, fruit and other flavor characteristics. Participants will learn how to identify these qualities and use them to make smarter decisions about ingredients, balance, dilution, temperature and cocktail structure.
  • Get Involved: Miami Bar Community Seminar – Join Tales of the Cocktail Foundation and greater Miami bar professionals for an intimate conversation on what makes the industry unique and offer ways for new and seasoned bartenders and spirits industry professionals to connect, learn from, and support each other.

Tour-wide Presenting Partners for Tales on Tour 2026 include: DIAGEO, Maison Perrier, William Grant & Sons, and Louisiana Office of Tourism; Tales on Tour Official Barware Partner: Barfly Mixology Gear; Tales on Tour Official Juice Partner: Santa Cruz Organic Craft Bar Collection; with additional partners contributing to Miami programming: Disney, WESET, Abstract Ice, LeBlanc + Smith, Lalo Tequila, Teremanna Tequila, CHINOLA Fresh Fruit Liqueur, Rémy Cointreau, Japan Sake & Shochu Makers Association, and Brown-Forman. 

The event schedule and tickets will be available on September 29 at 10 am CST. Tickets are $50 and include access to seminars, based on a first-come, first-served basis; the Tales Lounge, featuring tastings with local and national brands; plus access to By RSVP and Spirited Drinking & Dining events, based on availability.
