One (1) winner will be selected winning two (2) suite tickets to the Big Game in New Orleans, Louisiana on Sunday, February 9, 2025 at the Caesar’s Superdome and a three (3) night hotel stay, February 7-10, 2025.

All of the proceeds will benefit the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation and Children’s Hospital New Orleans.

Rules

TOTCF Big Game Raffle Rules and Regulations

The TOTCF Big Game Raffle Grand Prize will be two (2) suite tickets for the Super Bowl in New Orleans, Louisiana, on Sunday, February 9, 2025, and a three (3) night hotel stay from February 7-10, 2025 at a hotel in New Orleans. One (1) grand prize winner will be selected.
A maximum of 5,000 chances will be sold.
Only official entries are eligible for the drawing. No facsimiles or e-mails are permitted. The purchase price of one raffle ticket is $100.00 and entries may be purchased in the following manner:
1. Online at talesofthecocktail.org/biggame. All online orders end at 9:45 am CT on Friday, January 31, 2025.
If an entrant’s credit card is declined by the bank, the raffle tickets purchased by the entrant shall be declared invalid unless and until full payment is made prior to the actual drawing. Payments are not tax-deductible contributions. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility. Under no circumstances, shall there be any cash equivalent distribution to entrants whose tickets are drawn. Should the concert be cancelled, for any reason, winner will be refunded the raffle ticket purchase price only.
Tickets will be transferred to the winner 3 days prior to Sunday, February 9, 2025.
Winner will be responsible for all hotel-related expenses other than the room cost and associated taxes. A credit card will be required upon check-in for all incidental expenses. Winner is responsible for any damages caused by room occupants to the hotel room.
Winner will provide names and contact information of those using the tickets no later than 24 hours prior to tickets being transferred.
Tickets are not to be resold under any circumstance. Doing so will invalidate all two (2) tickets and an alternative winning ticket will be drawn.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The TOTCF Big Game Raffle ticket sales will run from Monday, December 9, 2024 at 11:00 am to Friday, January 31, 2025 at 9:45 am CT.
The TOTCF Big Game Raffle will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025 at 10 am CT virtually. Winner shall be notified at the telephone number provided on winner’s entry. In the event that the winning ticket contains unverifiable information deeming it impossible to identify the winning entrant within one (1) week after the drawing, or the winning entrant is unreachable, the winning entrant may be disqualified and shall forfeit all interest in the prizes. In such instances, subsequent drawings shall be held until a qualified identifiable winner is identified.
In the event that more than one name may be stated on the winning raffle ticket(s), the winner(s) must provide the Social Security number for the designated winner. Delivery of the prize will be made solely to the entrant declared as the winner. It is the sole responsibility of the entrants in a multiple party entry to allocate the prize among themselves, with one and only one entrant designated as the winner.
Entrants must be 21 years of age or older, the established legal gambling age in Louisiana, and must be a U.S. resident (excluding Puerto Rico). Entrants must also not be a part-time or fill-time employee of Tales of the Cocktail Foundation.
Name of the winner will be available to the media and all raffle participants via the TOTCF Big Game Raffle website (talesofthecocktail.org/biggame) for a minimum of 60 days after the end of the raffle.
Raffle ticket purchases (game of chance) are not tax-deductible.
The decisions of Tales of the Cocktail Foundation and its Auditors and designated personnel shall be final on all matters concerning the drawing.
The purchase of tickets for this raffle is void where prohibited by law.
