Spirits 101

The Tales of the Cocktail Foundation Spirits 101 course is intended for both new and seasoned bartenders to brush up on the major spirits categories. Spirits 101 begins with Agave Spirits Tequila and Mezcal, featuring David Suro, Ivy Mix, Misty Kalkofen, and Elisandro Gonzales. We next move to North American Whiskey 101 featuring Gavin de Kergommeaux, and Scotch 101 featuring Georgie Bell and Holly Seidewand. We finish up with Sugar Cane Spirits 101 with Ian Burrell.
