New Orleans Spirits Competition Finals
Observing a spirit competition can be painfully dull … unless you get to taste along with the judges. The audience at the finals of the New Orleans Spirits Competition will have the same set of sample spirits before them as each judge. The panels of four prominent judges — including spirits luminaries Dale DeGroff and Jeff “Beachbum” Berry — will sip, rank, and discuss in an open process to determine the spirit of the year in four classes: Agave, Gin, Rum, and Whiskey. Come and be part of the conversation!
Singapore x Tales Residency
In July 2022, Tales of the Cocktail Foundation announced a partnership with the Singapore Tourism Board to highlight the culture and talent that abounds within the island nation. Singapore bars and talent will be integrated across four days of a Singapore x Tales residency at Tales of the Cocktail 2023. Held on-site at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans in the French Quarter Balcony room, this residency will allow Tales attendees to experience a taste of Singapore’s innovation and culture. Monday through Thursday, TOTC will spotlight a different bar and team for a daily changing VIP experience. Featured bars will include Elephant Room, Fura, No Sleep Club, and Republic.
