Ingredients

  • 3 cups Zacapa 23 Rum
  • 1.5 cups Amontillado Sherry
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • .5 cup honey
  • .75 cup pineapple coconut juice
  • sparking water for top
  • dried pineapple ring and star anise for garnish

Directions

Combine fresh lemon juice, honey and pineapple coconut juice into a large punch bowl or pitcher and stir until honey dissolves. Add in Zacapa Rum and Amontillado Sherry and stir gently until blended. Top with Sparkling Water. Pour into punch glasses. Garnish with dried pineapple ring and star anise.
